Terms of Service

These terms cover your purchase and use of Events Profit Engine, sold by Swabe Spreadsheets (Manila, Philippines). By paying you agree to them.
1. What you buy
A license to make your own copy of a Google Sheets template (the package you chose) plus its PDF guide, and any add-ons you chose at checkout. You get access through your vault and a "Make a copy" link. You need a Google account.
2. License
One business may use its copy for its own work, on as many of its own devices as it likes. You may not resell, share, publish or give away the template, the guides or copies of them.
3. Payment
Prices are in Philippine pesos and are one-time. Payment is by QR Ph through PayMongo. We never see your bank or e-wallet details.
4. Upgrades and add-ons
From your vault you can move to a higher package and pay only the price difference, or add an add-on at its listed price.
5. Refunds
30 days, full refund. See the Refund policy.
6. Your data and your numbers
Your copy lives in your own Google Drive. We do not get access to it. The template is a tool: you are responsible for the numbers you enter and the decisions you make with them. It is not legal, tax or accounting advice.
7. No warranty beyond the refund
We test every release, but we provide the template "as is". Our total liability is limited to what you paid.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. The version in force when you paid applies to that purchase.
