Swabe Spreadsheets sells Salon & Barber Profit Engine. This page says what we collect, why, and who sees it. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

1. What we collect

Email address, to deliver your files and let you reopen your vault.
Name, if you give it, for your receipt.
Order details: package, add-ons, amount paid, date.
Basic page analytics: which sections were viewed and which buttons were tapped, counted per day, not linked to you unless you buy.

2. Who processes it for us

PayMongo processes your payment. We never see your bank or e-wallet credentials.
Vercel hosts this site.
Upstash stores your order record.
Resend sends your delivery email.
Meta receives checkout and purchase events with your email hashed (never in plain text) to measure ads.
Microsoft Clarity, when switched on, records how the page is used (taps, scrolls, anonymous session replays) so we can fix confusing parts. Form fields are masked.
Google hosts the Sheet you copy into your own Drive.

We do not sell your data.

3. How long we keep it

As long as you have access to your purchase, and as needed for business records. Ask us to delete it any time, subject to legal record-keeping.

4. Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it or have it deleted. Email run.archivity@gmail.com from the address you paid with.

5. Security

HTTPS everywhere, signed vault links, rate limits. Your Sheet copy is in your own Google account, not ours.
