Refund Policy

30 days to be sure. If Aircon Service Profit Engine isn't right for you, you get your money back.

1. The guarantee

Every package and add-on can be refunded in full within 30 days of purchase, including upgrades and add-ons bought later from your vault (30 days from that purchase).

2. How to ask

Email run.archivity@gmail.com from the email you paid with and say you'd like a refund. No forms. We refund through PayMongo to the account you paid from; your bank or e-wallet usually shows it within a few business days.

3. What happens to access

When a refund goes through, the vault for that order closes. Copies you already made stay in your Drive, but the license to use them ends.

4. Bought the wrong package?

Tell us. We'll refund the difference or move you up, whichever you prefer. You can also upgrade from your vault and pay only the difference.

5. Not covered

Requests after 30 days, and purchases that were shared or resold in breach of the Terms.
